Today Sotomayor was confirmed for the Supreme Court. The "wise" latina has won in her war against the U.S. consitution. Today we have confirmed an activist to the court. One who will trade the US constitution for political gain. One who based on her opinion will make choices that affect you. Not doing her job she will abandone her duty as a judge to interperate the constitution and UPHOLD its words, not change and rewrite them. America will pay the price.
