Congress is in a rush to spend our way out of this recession, but one thing they had not planned on was that congress's credit card is about to be maxed out. But they won't let that stop them.
Instead of realizing that the debt is crucial to recovery, and instead of cutting spending to balance the budget they are going to raise the debt limit by 1.19 trillion.
