And You People Still Trust The Government

Remember way back when Obama was telling us all how the Stimulus would keep unemployment below 8%? Well now we have an unemployment rate of 10%. Also getting technical, factoring in people who have stopped looking for a job, 17.3%. Now last month we lost almost 90 thousand, yes i said THOUSAND jobs. Obama also told us that the stimulus would create 3.5 million new jobs. Of course that did not happen as the became desperate and made up congressional districts, counted jobs 10 times, and lied about jobless claims to make the stimulus look like it was working.

Around October the AP reported that the stimulus had created around 50-70 thousand jobs. Whitehouse.gov then denied it and reported 600,000 jobs. However, regardless of that number by then we had still lost about 3 million jobs from January to then. In November unemployment hit 10.2%. But wait, there's more, Obama then turned the economy around over night as unemployment dropped to 10%. Hurray!!! Now yesterday the party came to a crashing halt as unemployment remains at 10% despite estimations that it would drop somewhere around 9.4%.

This brings we to the Reagan quote "Are you better off than you were four years ago?" Of course this would be one year in stead of four. But none the less, it is still quite relevant. Today if the question "are you better off than you were one month?" was asked, 85,000 people would answer no.

Housing sales have dropped as foreclosures have begun to rise again. Since Change We Can Believe In, took office, 4 million people are no longer better off than the were under Bush.

Four million people have now lost jobs under Obama. And no this is not Bushes fault. Bush is not president. We were promised 3.5 million jobs. We didn't get it. The whitehouse told us in October the stimulus had done all it can do. So that's $787 billion down the hole that you paid for. And now we are about to pass a health care bill that is estimated to cost up to 2 trillion?! Is it any wonder those 18 and under owe the Federal government right now, $120,000?

Now we have the systemic failure that lead to 12/25. And Obama says "let's learn from our mistakes." Oh well gee ya know these things happen lets learn from this. In fact i don't think we've quite learned our lesson so two more attacks should do it. While were at it though, we will no longer allow you to get up during the last hour of the flight. Because something couldn't possibly happen during the first hour. In the mean time Osama Bin Laden is somewhere laughing at us and plotting the next attack.

Are you better off than you were a year ago? In 11 days it will have been one year since the Obama era. So far it doesn't look good. We have a lethal health reform bill that will drive out private insurance as we know it, CBO estimates will raise health premiums by 30%. There goes a campaign promise, to lower health care costs. We had the AIG-gate, we had Climate-gate that has been ignored but for what ever reason, the dems dropped Cap & Trade and the global warming debate has died since. Copenhagen was a disaster. Despite being called a racist for saying there will be more terror attacks, we had the father and son incident this past summer along with three other foiled attempts. We had Fort Hood, and now the Xmas day attack. The AP reports now that there was intelligence failure in Fort Hood as well. So two systematic failures, 4 million job losses, wasting of 787 billion dollars, Nazi like eugenic tactics in the health care "debate", and you had the ACORN scandal, yeah you seriously though i would forget about that?

All of this, coming from the government. And you people still trust the government.
