Death Panel Provision Still Alive

Somewhere buried in the 1,990 pages of the Pelosi bill is a provision that allows:

"Medicare to pay for voluntary counseling to help beneficiaries deal with the complex and painful decisions families face when a loved one is approaching death."

This means that medicare patients have the option of working with the government for end of life situations, so the government can decide what to do. This is death panel. This is also what we were assured was taken out of the health reform process way back in august.

The death panel is still alive. And i think we should pull the plug on this bill.
